1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AhenteCRM ("the Platform"), provided by CODENINJAS WEB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. IMPORTANT: Financial Service Disclaimer

AhenteCRM is NOT a financial institution, bank, or lending agency.

We do not provide financing, loans, or credit. All tools, including the "Lead Score" and "Qualification Checklist," are for organizational and estimation purposes only. We do not guarantee loan approvals from third-party banks.

3. Third-Party Integrations (Meta/Facebook)

The Platform allows integration with Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") services, including Facebook Messenger. Your use of these integrations is governed by:

Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies.
Your continued authorization for AhenteCRM to access specified Meta data.
Our Privacy Policy regarding how we process data received via Meta APIs.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of lead data and for obtaining explicit consent from your clients before entering their personal information into the Platform, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODENINJAS WEB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or the rejection of loan applications by third-party banks.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the Philippines.
